Employer benefits

Benefits your team will actually use — designed around your census and budget.

Group coverage is how small and mid-size employers compete for people. My Deluxe Healthcare helps you shop medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, then supports employees at enrollment — without a consulting invoice.

Who this page is for

  • Owners and HR leads who are tired of a once-a-year renewal dump
  • Companies adding benefits for the first time
  • Teams whose employees do not understand their own plan
  • Employers with people turning 65 who need a clean Medicare handoff

What we put in place

Group medical

Fully insured and other funding options matched to your headcount, locations, and contribution strategy.

Dental and vision

Stand-alone or bundled. The plans employees notice every year.

Life and disability

Group term life, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability at group rates.

Enrollment support

Employee meetings, Q&A, and plain-language materials so open enrollment is not a scramble.

How a benefits review works

01

Share a census, current rates, and what is frustrating you — cost, claims, or confusion.

02

We shop the market you are eligible for and bring back a short list, not a binder of everything.

03

You choose. We help employees enroll and remain the year-round contact for questions.

What it costs the company

There is no consulting fee to the employer for this brokerage help. Carriers typically build compensation into the premium whether you use an agent or not. Using a licensed agent should not raise the price of the plan. We will tell you how compensation works on your case before you appoint anyone.

When employees turn 65

Group coverage and Medicare follow different rules. People who stay on a large-group plan may delay Part B; people at smaller companies can owe lifetime penalties if they guess wrong. That conversation belongs on a separate Medicare appointment — we will flag it, not mix it into a group enrollment meeting.

Common questions

How small a group can you help?

Call with your headcount and ZIP codes. Eligibility depends on state rules and the carriers appointed. Even very small groups often have options.

Do you only work in Texas?

Angelo is licensed in Texas (license 2622498). If you have employees in other states, we will say so up front if another broker is the better fit.

Will you replace our current broker?

Only if you appoint us. We can do a no-obligation look at renewal first.

Can you present to employees in Spanish?

Yes. Habla Español. Meetings can be English, Spanish, or both.

Ready for a benefits review?

Bring a census and last year’s rates if you have them. There is no obligation to appoint us.
